Please note: If you need to log off to complete the entry process at a later time, you must press SAVE or you will lose all of your work.

Online Entry

You must be a County Extension Agent or Agriculture Science Teacher to enter the junior exhibitors. In the top right-hand corner of the Home Screen, click the blue button "Sign In", choose "Club" and choose your club from the drop down menu.

Once you have logged in, begin adding exhibitors. The exhibitor needs to be entered as a “New Exhibitor.”

Your “Club Password” is the same you used for the State Fair of Texas and Rodeo Austin online entries. If your club is not listed or password is incorrect, please contact TPPA’s office at (806) 705-6800 or riley@texaspork.org.

When you have completed all entries, print the entry receipt for each exhibitor’s entries for your record.

In addition to completing the online process, the entry form (fillable pdf form) must be completed and mailed in with all signatures. The entry form is found at www.TexasEliteShowcase.com under the “Enter” tab located at the top-right of the screen. This entry form contains a liability waiver, substitute W9, and rules verification statement; signatures of the exhibitor, parent/legal guardian, and CEA/AST are required.

The printed entry forms with signatures must be mailed in to the office of the Texas Pork Producers Association, along with one (1) check to cover the total fees due. Checks must be drawn on 4-H or FFA accounts, money orders or cashier’s checks. Make checks payable to Texas Pork Producers Association.

All forms and payments must be postmarked by December 1 to avoid late fees.
